Sweet Hotel - Longa, Schiavon

The hotel and the service were excellent and above our expectations ; one of the best relationships price/quality we have met in Italy. The swimming pool was large, clean and very pleasant after a visit to Vicenza , its museums and villas.

Bring your bicycles, this hotel is a great starting point for bike excursions!

This is the best hotel we stayed in Italy, everything was fantastic! We booked 1 night as we were travelling various city, but when we got in Florence the hotel I booked for 1 night was so terrible, 'Boboli', that we decided not stay there, we tryed other hotel around but no room for the 8 of us. So we called Sweet hotel and asked if they had a room for another night, Erica, the receptionist, was wonderful, she manage to accomodate us all for that night, when we got there it was nearly 12am, everything was closed but she waited for us and sorted some quick meals as were hungry after a longe day on the road. We stayed at the adjacent building not in the hotel, but a still part of it, a brand new flats, only 3 in the building,and we got all of them, 1 for 3 teenegers a 2 bed with living and kitchen, the other 2 were a double bedsit, where me and my husband stay with our 5 y.old son, we shared our bed, but we didn't mind as we are used to it! Erica have toold us before that there was no room for extra bed and we were ok with it.The other double our cousin got it.The place were lovely, beautiful decorated and the shower room very modern and clean. Breakfast was amazing, for Italy and anywhere!! Tables full of all sort of cakes, jams,cold and hot food, everthing very tasteful and well presented, I had a most deliciuos hot chocolate, it was puree melted chocolate, it is a must as well as the capuccino wich my husband was delighted too.We had dinner at the brasierie, lovely pizza and pasta, price is not bad, there is a more formal restaurant, wich seems great, the aroma coming from the food was very invited. Swimming pool was great, a big bonus for the hot day! It is a bit trick to get there at night, but if you follow the directions to Marostica you can't miss, it is a very small village, good if got car, but it is very easy to get to everywhere, it is about 1 hour from Verona and +or- the same for Venice. We will come back 4 longer. What a sweet place!

Very nice breakfast. staff are nice and helpful. the shower in the room has only curtain around. the pipe for toilet tank was broken, but repaired very soon There is a church around, so every 7 am, it will bell about 60 times.

We love to stay in the hotel (was second visit) as staff is extraordinary nice and guests are really well-treated. Ambience is exactly like shown and described. Breakfast exceeds by far 'Italian style' and offers a great variety of fruits, sweets, cheese, ham/ sausages, eggs, cereals, yoghurt, etc. which all comes with perfect espresso, cappuccino .... and do not miss to have dinner in the restaurant, perfect location with wonderful food (esprecially fish) and service.

Newly renovated hotel with a pronounced modern taste. Excellent food, nice atmosphere, warm and competent wellcome.The ambiance is great. An hotel with a metropolitan personality in an unknown rural area. For a...sweet stay.
