The Crown Spa is the jewel in the crown of hotels in Scarborough.Both inside and out does not disappoint.The lounge area is contemporary and relaxing and the bedrooms are spacious,ours had a huge king sized bed where my Mam had her best nights sleep in years!My two daughters were thrilled with their four-poster and the pinky,mauve lights in the bathroom.Pool is on the small side but had lovely surroundings.Breakfast was plentiful,cereals toast,preserves,croissants,yoghurts ,etc as well as the cooked choice.We will definitely use the hotel again.The only downside is that it is quite a walk from the lift drop off for the elderly or those with walking difficulties.

This was a one night stay for a business trip, I booked a single room with breakfast for £52 which was excellent value, I didn't use the facailities available. Food was excellent and I enjoyed the stay, Parking wa on the road outside which was a little inconvenient but did not cause a problem.

the hotel facilities were good but the room decor was a little dated. Spa facilities ok but pool is rather small. Breakfast and dining area were nice, modern and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially in spa facilities.

How to reach Crown Spa Hotel Scarborough

By car
On the A64: Turn right at the first small roundabout, opposite B&Q, then turn left at the next small roundabout and carry on down the hill for 546 yards/500 metres. Just before Valley Bridge turn right up Belmont Road and carry on around the corner to the Cliff Top. The Crown hotel is on your right.
On the A171: Turn left at Burniston, turn right at the large roundabout opposite Atlantis Water Park, through the town centre, over Valley Bridge, and turn left up “Belmont Road” driving around the corner to the Cliff Top. The hotel is on your right hand side, as above.
On the A170: Straight over the first small roundabout, proceed straight through the next large roundabout, continue to the town centre traffic lights (opposite the railway station), turn right, and continue over the Valley Bridge. Turn left up Belmont Road and carry on around the corner onto the Cliff Top. The hotel is on your right-hand side, as above.
On the A165: Follow the A165 until you reach the south-end of Valley Bridge. Turn East across Valley Bridge Parade onto Belmont Road. The hotel is on your right-hand side, as above.
