Evaluation has been based on a discount price (80 Euros for a 3people room. More generally, this hotel shows lots of defects in the realization of this recent building: external walls are falling on earth, wifi is working only in the common area near to the customer desk, and badly. Air conditionning is working poor. E-key do not work any more, therfore a traditionnal key is provided.
