CANCELLATION POLICY
All individual reservation can be cancelled free of charge at least 3 days before
arrival. The amount paid in advance will be repaid to the guest. In case of
cancellation within 3 days (72 hours), the advance payment is considered as a
forfeit and cannot be returned.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 3 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
