    I was impressed with the friendly and helpful staff - from check -in, dining room and check-out. The view over the lake from the room and the fourth floor balcony was amazing. We arrived late just before the dining room closed but they had no problem delaying check-in to let us get a meal. Large and filling breakfast. Ideal location for travel around lake Iseo and beyond. Plenty of underground parking. Did not get a chance to try out the spa etc but would love to go back and stay longer.

    The receptionist when we arrived ( sorry I cant remember her name but think she said she came from romania or somewhere like that )was absolutely great, she was very friendly and showed us around, booked taxi's for us and was always pleasant. Our whole stay at the Hotel was a great experience and would definetly recommend to others

    Cocca Hotel is a superb spa hotel near the Lago Iseo - which is quieter and less well known than it's neighbour the Lago di Garda. Indoor swimming pool was a real treat and the Thai oil massage was of higher quality than usually found in hotels. Only problem we found was the lack of an open restaurant/cafe in the evening .
