Fourth time I have stayed at this hotel. No surprises, always perfect!

Rooms were very comfortable & spacious. Breakfast was very good ,buffet style. Perfect in every way.

Our only reserve concerned the noise emanating from the bar and reception areas after 2300 hrs - mainly the fault of drunken english guests. Otherwise the tranquillity was perfect and the quality/price ratio really excellent, thank you.

all fine, except the last day at the cafe the girl that wait on us was rude never came back to bring check we left the area and it took awhile then she came out with the bill...that was rude.

We are a mature couple who usually prefer to stay out of the big cities. This hotel was the ultimate place for us to stay in. It is a lovely new hotel, very nice and big rooms with beatiful garden and swimming pool. It is about 3 km from city and they have a wonderful arrangement of a shuttle which can pick you up from or to the hotel at any time of the day untill 23:00. We enjoyed it very much and fully recommend that hotel to everyone.

New build hotel finished to a high standard. Excellent room. Very nice pool and garden areas outside with a comfortable lobby, reading area and bar area inside. Good quality restaurant as well. Fortunately the Hotel offers a mini bus service into Santiago old town (ring the hotel up for return pick ups) which is about 2km away otherwise the only way in to town is by taxi at approx €8 each way. Mini bus service not available on Sundays. My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights during the first couple of weeks of July which was too long. Most of the time we didn't see any other guests and at times felt a bit isolated. One slight criticism was that although the various reception staff did what was expected of them they did seem to exude an air of aloofness about them and during the whole of our stay we didn't see any of them smile once. The rest of the staff on the other hand were friendly and helpful.

Superbe hôtel méritant largement sa classification quatre étoiles, à un prix très compétitif. Seul reproche, l'hôtel est très éloigné du centre de Santiago, et la navette ne fonctionnait pas ce jour là. (C'était un Dimanche)

At 65 euros, best room I've stayed in. 2 double beds, flat screen tv, 4 channel in- room music, beautiful bathroom. Free shuttle bus to town centre a real bonus, driver a fund of local knowledge. Ate in tapas bar 5 mins from hotel, 30 euros for 2 incl wine, good food, very friendly.

Stayed 2 nights. Room was cheap, and was like a mini apartment rather than a room. Clean and tidy, but dated. Staff in hotel were not nice at all. We had to wait at the desk for a long time before they would deal with us, and they did not appear to be busy. At times they were quite rude.

excellent hotel, excellent facilities, excellent relationship price/quality... the reason: quite far from santiago's downtown (and it is not so easy to find)... but it is worth a while as the hotel has a good minibus service.

The hotel was clean and easy to find, with plenty of parking; my husband is temporarily disabled, and the staff could not have been more helpful. The dining room was very pleasant, and the food was excellent (and fairly priced, including wine). There is a minibus into the centre of Santiago, which is very convenient. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

El Hotel Los Abetos es muy comodo con servicios de alta calidad. A pesar de no estar ubicado en el centro de Santiago, ofrece un excelente servicio de transfer al centro. El servicio en el restaurante podría ser un poco más amable.

OUTSTANDING EDGE OF CITY LOCATION WITH SUPERB GARDENS IN BACK. DOES REQUIRE A CAR TO GET ABOUT BUT THEN MOST OF THE AREA DOES. PARKING NEAR THE SHRINE IS EASY TO GET TO AND UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR 5 STAR RIGHT AT THE SHRINE THIS IS AN EXCELLENT OPTION.

For the price this was quite outstanding, when we found it. A wonderful restaurant, with some incredible wine prices, a good rose for 6.5 Euro's in a restarant !!! Their maps and location instructions are very poor and the only thing that lets them down.

The hotel is excellent, I just didn't like to know that the breakfast was not included, and only realize thath on the check out. I had to pay 22 EUR more than the price quoted

We had an excellent stay at Los Abetos. Nice and big rooms. Unfortunately we did not try the pool, because the weather was too cold.
