Remarkable hotel, excelent service, clean and nicely decorated rooms, full breakfast with a wide selection of items. Front desk personnel really made us feel at home out of home. Though the hotel is not close to downtown, Santiago is a small town and taxis are always available with cheap rates. Room rate is very convenient and an excellent value for money. Not a single complaint, keep up the good work.

ottimo hotel, tuttavia ubicato all'estrema periferia di Santiago. Comunque c'è un autobus ogni 20 minuti che in un quarto d'ora porta in centro. E' lo stesso autobus che collega l'hotel con la stazione dei pullmann.

The hotel is allocated at the out kirsch of the city (ring road) very easy to rich from main motorways and international airport (10 Km). The city center is 10 minutes far by public bus or private car. It is opposite to Congress Palace.Breakfast was included in the rates provided by venere
