Hotel clerk was very nice, but not he next morning clerk he was stuck up. At the cafe the staff took 15mnts to ask us for what we want to drink. No fitness center u have to walk out and go to a club to use facilities. not much to do, beds very hard. Just 1 pillow, no irons. no room service before 730am.

This hotel is too far away from Santiago de Compostela's cathedral and main attractions. One must take a taxi to get anywhere near tourist sights. Although the service was four star quality, the room was not. We stayed in three star hotels where the room was far more impressive in terms of spaciousness and interior decoration.

Unfortunately the reception people could not understand English, so that was a problem. The room was clean and spacious and we could hear no noice from outside. Thank you for a lovely stay.
