Hotel AC Palacio del Carmen, Autograph Collection - Santiago de Compostela

The room booked was a de-luxe,& it was.There was no safe,No toilet brush,no uk channels on the T.V.no clock in room.The mimi bar was complementry(soft drinks & beer).Bath robe & bathroom slippers were provided. A big dissapointment was the swimming pool was out of commision on our visit(the hotel was booked because it had a pool).The breakfast was good but rather pricy. I would advise other people to try & obtain a rate which includes the breakfast. Hotel very well situated,just a short walk to the cathedral,& away from any tourist noise.I would rate the hotel as a good 4*.

We stayed in the hotel just a the week end. The Hotel is marvellous and really nice, in a quite area of Santiago, close to the historical centre. Inside everithing is done with careful, is a good piece of contemporary interior design! We have only two things of disappointment: during the night upstairs the guest was very noisy and the bed in our room wasn't a real double bed but just two single bed jointed.Nothing of really bad, but at this price (we booked a superior room!) the organization can does something of better.

I will stay here again. A lovely, architecturally interesting property with a surprisingly good kitchen. It is an astounding value.

Excellent and very relaxing hotel. My room was quite small but very comfortable, especially for the price. Good value.

Very good. I had, for example, a cd player in my room, and free frigo bar. The breakfast room is so nice, elegant!
