About Hotel Pinos Playa

exterior Hotel Pinos Playa exterior Away from the crowded tourism, on the south east side of the island, next to a bay of turquoise waters and fine white sand. The complex, surrounded by pine trees is located into The Marine-National Park of Mitjorn, only 1 hour by boat from the National Natural Reserve of Cabrera Island.

The Hotel offers the following complimentary services to the guests: squash, fitness room, tennis courts, sauna, whirlpool, a kinder garden, and a trial diving lesson in the swimming pool. Beside these services we offer the following services: beauty centre (hairdresser, massages, facial treatments...) three bars and a restaurant a la carte.

Dońt forget the sport services: diving centre (which organizes boat excursions), 2 swimming pools (one of them heated during the cold months and the other one with a separated baby pool), two tennis courts, two squash courts, pool tables, table tennis and volley-ball. All this is ideal for both families and sport tourism.

Our reception offers different services such as: rent a car, booking of excursions, safety boxes and medical services. Places of interest away from the hotel: Horse riding (13 km), golf (18 km), Airport (45 km).

Cala Santanyí is located in the southeast of the Island some 45 km. from the airport and some 55 km. from Palma, in an area unspoilt by mass tourism. It is a peaceful area, with very natural surroundings and has a lovely scenery.

It is part of the Municipality of Santanyí, which is some 4 km. away. Close by, going down the coast, in a western direction is Cala Llombards, followed by Cala S'almonia and es Calo d'es Moro (a very lovely place) in the heart of the countryside, alongside es Rafal and S'Avall in a Protected Natural Park.

Free sports facilities include two tennis courts, two squash courts, volleyball, a fitness room and table tennis. Other free facilities: Sauna, whirlpool and kindergarten.

We were looking for accomodation in a quiet location and were extremely satisfied with our stay at Pinos Playa. Welcome was warm and informative. Food was sufficient and prices fair. The surroundings were exceptionally beautiful and the bay was a scoop for sunbathing and swimming, even in October. Only minus was the entertainment in the evenings which was too noisy, so it was difficult to find peace of mind in the room and especially on the terrace. But nevertheless we should be happy to return to the same place.

The hotel was not prepared for us. i.e. did not have our reservation at all. Luckely a room was available and the front-desk staff was very friendly. The room was ok, not very clean and housekeeping could do a better job. Also, this hotel is everything but quiet. It is by far the loudest hotel I have ever experienced. We will not book this location again. Thank you.
