Hotel is good

An excellent hotel - superb value for money. Breakfast is not included in the price but you can have a great breakfast in the hotel or stroll into the town for something there. As a young single travller the hotel staff helped me with any queries or questions about Santander. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Santander

Excellent hotel although the position midway between the city and the beach can be awkward if the weather is poor as there is not an awful lot in the immediate vicinity. Reception staff very helpful. We had to move rooms after the first night due to a smell in the room, seemingly this is a known problem with all rooms number 7 on each floor. Staff were very helpful and the new room was excellent.

Very nice hotel in the real center of the town.We went there in occasion of new year's eve:....No new year's eve parties found in any part of the city, all restaurant/bars closed, all locals at home!!but the sardinero bay is unforgettable!!

Excellent hotel and location. There is no Mirador restaurant on the top floor but there is a well stocked breakfast room on the second floor with a very good buffet at 12 Euros. Harbour view rooms are 20 Euros per night extra but cannot be booked on the web site. There is very good underground parking at 12 Euros per day with a hotel key card. If you enter the car park just outside the hotel (20 steps down) and drive to the town end below ground you will find a lift and stairs right in the tapas bar area - very useful for disabled visitors.

This is a lovely little hotel in a good location and if we were going back I would definatley stay in this hotel again

It was so nice, specially the view to the seaside, that I decide to stay for the hole week. The pricing was very good. Room and facilities also.
