We rated services and facilities as Poor (0) because of misleading website information: "double room with garden view" There is no garden. Under facilities "garage" is listed. But we were told the garage is difficult to access and we were encouraged to park on the street. Garage facilities were important to us.

The whole experience of the room and the reception was really good as was the restaurant. However we could not get breakfast the next morning - all the empty tables were full of debris and had not been tidied or cleaned. When we asked a member of staff for a table she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. However, everything was wonderful we were given an executive room for a low fee.

helpful staff but not exceptional.the hotel has a very good location, just two minutes from El Sardinero beach and very well connected with the city centre by buses. Not many restaurants around.

Beach only across the street, good connection to public transport. Free parking in the surroundings possible. Breakfast was ok, not the best we had.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. Use of the garage is not included and costs €12,00 plus VAT per night.
Taxi service to and from the airport costs around €6,00.

CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hours before the date of arrival is required to cancel the booking without penalty. The hotel will charge one day of penalty in case of non show.
