Hotel Silken Coliseum - Santander

Nice hotel that is ceentrally located.

Il Silken Coliseum un hotel è situato al centro della città, inoltre è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione degli autobus. La struttura è nuova e pulita, evitate se andate il finesettima le stanze affacciano sulla strada.

Ottimo hotel, nel centro di Santander, vicinissmo alla stazione degli autobus (5-10 minuti a piedi). La colazione non è inclusa nel prezzo. Non è vicino alle spiagge.

Davvero un hotel molto bello. Personale gentile e disponibile, posizione davvero strategica per raggiungere a piedi i punti nevralgici della citta. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Ottimo l'hotel e gentile e disponibile il personale. Comodissima anche la posizione. Unico neo (venerdì sera!): un pò di vociare dalla strada fino a tarda notte.

The location wasn´t that easy tu find. It should be better explained. However it was a very good one.

We had a really pleasant albeit short stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was the first time that we had stayed in this hotel but we would certainly stay here again.

For what we paid, the hotel was not in the greatest location..unless, perhaps if you were there on business. The toilet was sealed with the display that it had been sanitized and we found a cigarrette in it. The whole floor if not hotel is non-smoking. The bathroom stunk for the one night we stayed there. The hotel staff in general were not very helpful. I will account this partially to the language barrier (I had a hard time conveying a cigarrette in the toilet in Spanish), but in general the front desk was unable and/or unwilling to do anything about it. I found the place generally cold and lacking in customer service. I would not recommend it nor go back. They have a parking garage that is available to anyone, not just guests so you cannot be guaranteed a spot by the hotel and street parking was scarce. We parked in alot far away. Other than that, the hotel was roomy and modern. It's only "plus".

Lovely hotel with an excellent restaurant thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Parking facility easy to access. Staff were very helpful.

El hotel, aunque magníficamente situado (ojo, la zona estaba en obras y resultó realmente difícil localizar la entrada, y el tráfico era caótico), tiene una muy mala relación calidad-precio. La habitación era pequeña, y olía asquerosamente a tabaco. Repugnante dormir con ese olor durante horas. Para rematar, el desayuno "buffet" resultó estar hecho sin cariño, casi con las sobras. Mal.
