En lineas generales el hotel es excelente por su situación cercano a las playas asi como por el trato recibido del personal del mismo. La relación calidad precio en la época que yo he estado (Septiembre) es buena.

Ottima la dislocazione dell'albergo.Buone le camere, un pò fredda l'accoglienza e l'assistenza su informazioni turistiche, ed il servizio di pulizia un pò sommario (non mi hanno cambiato le lenzuola, i pigiami li hanno lasciati sul divano), ma nel complesso il rapporto qualità prezzo è sicuramente buono.

Quiet and stylish hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.(especially if you know a bit of spanish).A bit of a hike to the area with bars and restaurants( around 25 min walk) but that was a small price to pay for a wonderful hotel which in England would have been three times the price.

Excelente hotel y trato de los empleados. Uno de los mejores que encontramos por nuestro viaje a varios paises. Teníamos reservación por dos noches pero decidimos quedarnos cinco al ver el hotel y la preciosa ciudad de Santander. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Lovely location, not near centre but near a wonderful stretch of beach. Would recommend it for anyone looking to be near Santander but not right in the middle of things

lovely city and top quality hotel, albeit a bit brusque on reception (second shift couldn't have been more helpful). Not central but next to Beach and Promenanding, and Casino!

We called to let the hotel know we were arriving late (after midnight). Check-in was a breeze: efficient and quick. Parking access to hotel elevators is very easy and convenient. The sound proof windows were extremely efficient except we could not use them: the air conditioner does not have any type of control whatsoever in the room, and even though the lobby area was nicely cool both at time of arrival and departure, as well as the breakfast room, the heat in our room had us sweating. we did not request change of rooms, because we were exhausted after a 5 hour drive. while we were in san sebastian we were told that it was the best they could offer regarding the cool from the air conditioner, so we decided it was pointless to start an argument at that time, for just a nigth. fortunetaly it was a cool nigth, and the breeze refreshed a little the room, and even with the noise coming from the street, we were able to catch a little sleep. the twin beds were small, not standard size, compared to other 4 star hotels we stayed in san sebastian, barcelona, oviedo and the wonderful paradores. breakfast was adequate and with enough alternatives of fruits and juices, breads, with a few cold cuts and cheeses. nothing remarkable, compared to the local offerings available in breakfasts of other 4 star locations. the hotel is admirable in the high tech resources in elevators, internet for guests, and in the general architecture, perfectly clean and gleaming, so it was puzzling the furniture in the breakfats room, more likely to what you encounter in a temporary catering display on a rented room. they were changing the table skirts from a floral pattern to a solid red, while we were having breakfast, in a very interesting fashion, but to us, very time consuming, and quite frankly a waste of manpower. If air conditioner is not an issue, which for us it was the main reason in choosing a hotel, along with cleanliness, it is certainly an alternative, therefore we find it a little over
