METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

RESTAURANT
Buffet always rich and varied. Breakfast with brioche, croissants, biscuits, cakes, pies, puddings, cereals, yoghurt, eggs, cheese, cold cuts, fresh fruit, fruit in syrup, fruit juice.
For lunch and dinner, a wide selection of appetizers of all kinds, vegetables, hot and cold dishes, different types of pasta and condiments, meat, fish, all the trimmings, fruit, dessert, wine and water in a jug will.
And then the events that you can not miss: The gastronomic evenings. Every evening, except Friday (the day of arrivals and departures), will be a themed buffet. In succession, starting from Saturday evening, you can expect: Grand buffet with fresh grilled fish and fried, baked fish, shellfish, Pizza & Spaghetti Party; Night International, local evening dining; Barbecue Night, Night of goodbye.
SPORTS
The sports are: tennis, basketball, volleyball, bowling, ping pong, gymnastics, archery, mini golf, football, sailing, wind surfing and canoeing. Are provided daily lessons of the major sports and tournaments.
ANIMATION
An expert team will take care of you not: gym in the morning in the pool or on the beach, games, tournaments, shows and entertainments in the evening.
CHILDRENS
A special area is reserved to the children in Summer. The Mini Club for children 4 to 12 years of age and Junior Club for children from 12 to 17 years old.
A sort of club into the club because all the activities planned for adults are also offered to your kids that, followed by professional carers, can enjoy all the sports club set to play, follow sports and educational courses :A special corner of the Restaurant is reserved to the children who have their meals together with their assistants. The mini and junior service is provided every day except Friday, from 9.00 to 19.00

You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
