Was very disappointed in the general condition of the bedrooms. Although the views were spectacular (overlooking Santa Ponsa Bay & the ocean), the balcony was in dire need of paint and included cigarette butts and litter. The inside of the rooms (which were very small), needed paint (paint peeling off the walls), radiators were rusty, no tv, general hygiene was bad, bedthrows had cigarette burns & were stained. Stayed one night and asked Receptionist for a refund (paid on arrival), which she gave without any hassle. Excellent location, but badly needs a good clean up and re-decroation.
