The hotel is in an unusual location with a dull view but how would we know? Their towels look and feel like a table cloth. Also, I thought it kind on weird to have processed cheese wrapped in plastic for breakfast. I think they cater to train travelers. They are close to the station.

Hi all, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel it is excellently located and apart from the age of the plumbing. The bathrooms are old and tired and need refurbishing. One item especially was a leaking inlet to the toilet which caused a pool of water to form on the bathroom floor. We had no other problems. If we have occasion to go to Santa Margherita again I would have no hesitation in staying here hopefully the plumbing will be rectified.

We stayed in a small double room. It's very small but it's ok for a few days. I would not suggest it for a longer period.

We stayed in Santa Margherita for 2 nights and were pleased at how close to the railway station the hotel is located and also very central for the ferry.We were allocated room no.7 which was on the ground floor. the bed was very comfortable and clean and the room was fine but we were very disappointed in the bathroom which had a very stained bath and the wall tiles were very stained. The breakfast was very good and we had the best cappacino we had all holiday. Dining room was spacious and pleasant. Although we had an excellant holiday we would not recommend this hotel unless they upgrade the bathrooms.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

full amount on your credit card, in case of invalid credit card we will cancel
the reservations. Our rooms are non refundable.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 3 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
