This was exactly the right hotel for us! It is very tastefully decorated and understated. It is about a 9 block walk to the Plaza, and we enjoy walking at least 2 miles every day anyway. I read that the hotels in the Plaza can be noisy at night, but the Hotel Santa Fe was very quiet. We used the purple hotel shuttle going to the more distant Museum Hill & back. It came quickly when we called to return to the hotel. All personal were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
