Très bon accueil. Locaux très propres. Peintures etc. un peu défraîchies par endroits. Un peu déçu par le repas du soir (buffet tous les jours en cette saison). Un parking ad hoc (prévu pour 2008 à ce qu'il paraît) serait le bienvenu. Emplacement magnifique.

Excellent hôtel, les chambres vues sur mer sont très agréables, les employés compétents et accueillants, et le cadre reposant. La proximité à pied de la ville rend le séjour idéal.

This hotel is located directly in a wonderful bay next to the sea. Unfortunately the condition of the hotel is rather bad. The cleanliness of the outside area is not satisfactory, sometimes we thought to be in a building site. There was for example a whirlpool in the outside area, which was out of use. As well as the outside toilets, the pool bar (there was a Pepsi-Cola-machine instead. The terrace with sea view was not cleaned. The windows on this terrace were very dirty too. The breakfast room was too small for the number of hotel guests. The trees and bushes were not cut. For this hotel the relationship between price and quality is very poor.

We found everything to be wonderful at Eden Roc. We had a superior, double sea-facing room and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find that it also included 1/2 board - either lunch or dinner - and the buffets were amazing....great food! The facilities, pools etc were all terrific and the staff was very nice and helpful. The only very slight drawback would be lack of parking and even that was quickly solved by the staff. I highly recommend!

Because there was a huge conference going on, the service we received was not as good as the last time we visited Eden Roc.We had to eat in an inferior room to the main restaurant because the delegates were given priority.We also waited 6 hours for bath towels because they were still drying them.Still a beautiful hotel and we will visit it again.Good value for money and the food was excellent.

Thought the location was superb but the rooms were a little sad, and the bathrooms need modernising. Staff extremely welcoming and friendly.

Our room was dirty, the safe did not work despite promises from staff that it would be fixed. There were loud weddings and parties in a conference room near to our room. The hotel is tired, dated and staff were unfriendly. Breakfast was terrible and crowded.

Hotel in beautiful area. No air conditioning in our room and was very noisy. Also lots of mosquitoes.

The Hotel was outstanding (as were the surroundings). However as we were there early in the season it was difficult to get any service. The pool bar and facilities were closed making for a 10 minute walk to use the toilet.In general the service was very poor.

The food was just dreadful and served with Fawlty Towers lack of grace. Everything else was marvelous. But the food and not being given a choice of wine. It is like a 5 star hotel with a transport cafe type restaurant
