Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. Later arrivals are to be communicated.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

In summer the access to the local swimming pool and the bike rental service at the hotel are free of charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
