Excelents for stay with children

Very nice one night stay in this hotel on the way to south of Italy. Good address to stay even longer. There is a direct undergroung way to the lake. Don't need to go to Menaggio for Dinner, the restaurant at the hotel is excellent (fish from the Como-lake). Maybe afterwards a Gelato in Menaggio for the atmosphere!

Breakfast was included and it was the best breakfast we had in Italy from hotels we stayed in. A 4 persons family room two people will end up in hard bunk-beds for kids. BUT the dinner serviced at the hotel was so tasty and it was affordable. Hotel is set in the backdrop of mountains and lakes just out the window which was utterly beautiful. These two points definitely makes up for other shortages.

Excellent value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spacious room with beautiful Lake view. On busy road so traffic noise. Restaurant food and service very good. Cleanliness excellent.

Hotel ok. Do not book lake view. It is also noisy street view. Do not visit the restaurant for dinner. Food ok, but the worst service I have ever expirienced. (The table next to us had the same expierience).

A very friendly, family run hotel. We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Hotel Sole immensely and it suited us perfectly that it is not in the busiest part of Lake Como. We had a hire car which enabled us to explore the region easily. The family and other staff were very friendly and very helpful. They gave us ideas and directions which were terrific and not to be found in travel books. The view from our room across Lake Como was superb and although having a front room placed us in the position of hearing road noise at times, we would choose this room again. We would recommend this venue to family and friends without hesitation.

Bel hôtel très bien entretenu et confortable , un peu éloigné cependant des embarcadères permettant l'accès à la navigation sur le lac de Côme . Personnel discret , compétent et disponible .
