I would have rated the general review and the quality/price rather 8 to 9, but unfortunately the air conditioning was very noisy and the personel wasn't able to fix it or the noiselevel is inherent to the system. This is also the reason why I wouldn't return. The roof terras is great

By car
Coming from the National I highway (N-I Madrid-Burgos), take exit 456 b towards Ondarreta. Then, at the roundabout, follow the indications to Amara -Gros and then turn right following the signs to Palacio de Aiete.
