Well presented clean spacious hotel, close to the beach. Perhaps a little more pricey than some hotels in other nearby towns, but this is San Sebastian after all. Recommended for all.

Hotel Europa was conveniently located and easily found. Unfortunately due to there being no parking bay outside I had to double park close to the door and unload our luggage onto the street. Upon being given preprinted directions to the carpark I then dropped the car off and left my partner to check in alone. The hotel parking is just around the corner but takes a few turns to find the first time due to the one-way system. Access to the car during our stay was easy and convenient - 7am to 12am - and luckily there was an available parking space outside the hotel for check-out. Thankfully inside the hotel the staff were extremely courteous, friendly and professional. The public areas were clean and welcoming. We were given a key to our room on the 2nd floor (elevators to all floors) and walked the green and orange(!) painted corridors to find it. The room was very clean with a well appointed bathroom and all the basics required for a four night stay. The room however was very small but when we asked for a larger room we were accomodated no-problems with a slightly larger one. The bed however was still very small. In summary this is a very nice basic hotel in an excellent location for a fair price. Car parking is very convenient but a reserved space outside for loading/unloading during check in/out would have been great.

Very costly ( in dollars) for what you get. Parking is also 13 euros. Caters to married travelers as their is nothing romantic about this hotel.

Great location.We had a very quiet room with views to the sea.The room wasnt very big but it was very clean.

Across the street from the beach! Nice stroll along the bay to the old town for tapas. Room size was perfect. Surprisingly spacious. Big bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Would suggest eating in old town. If you're looking to relax at the beach as we were then this is place. Classy digs right across the street from the beach. There's plenty of shopping(grocers, clothes,etc) available in the immediate area. Great location. Multi-lingual staff was very helpful.

Overpriced hotel representing poor value for money. The location is excellent but rooms are small and somewhat dated. Room cleaning and one member of reception staff saved the review from being worse. I had booked rooms for a number of people later in the year and have now canceled them as a result of our experience.

This was an awesome location - right by the beach and nightlife. The staff was great and our room was nice and clean. We drove into town and it also was very easy to find the hotel with many signs that led us directly to it. Parking is in a garage that you have to pay $18 Euros/day but it is nearby. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved the Europa! I wish we had stayed here longer!! The rooms are wonderful, we had a balcony and could see the beach. It really is two blocks from the water. I would consider this an inexpensive 4-star instead of a 3-star. Don't bother driving anywhere - walk along the boardwalk for great sightseeing, wonderful restaurants etc. We loved it here and will definitely return.

Enjoyed my stay tremendously. Attendants were polyvalent. Quality of Service and Room was beyond expectations. I highly recommend to anyone that you stay at Hotel Europa if visiting St. Sebastian.

Room is clean and convenient, staff are very kind to tell us promptly all kinds of information we asked (good restaurant, bar, billiard hall,etc.). Bread served at the breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the precious time inside the hotel as well as outside.
