This hotel is a great place to stay. I have have been here 2 times. Once with my wife and once by myself. It is a good location. About 15 minutes easy walk from train station and a few feet from a main piazza with the buses. The rooms are big and bathrooms modern and clean. There is room for putting away your clothes. The breakfast is good with cheese, yoghurt and croisants. The ooffee is from a push button machine but it is good and I think you could ask for hand made since there is someone in the breakfast room. The breakfast room is nice and cheery. The hotel is run by a family and they are all very nice and helpfull. They all speak excellent English and will help with plans. The price is good for Sanremo. I recomend the hotel highly and will return on my next stay in Sanremo. Be sure to ask for casino card.

The room was much smaller than perceived on the web photo. Room on the main road (noisy), no double glazing!!! no air conditionning!!! Nice people, friendly. First time stay, will gladly return as it is well situated.

We arrived the day before the booking to ask if there was a possibility of staying that night aswell, but the lovely lady at the hotel reception, margerita, told us that the hotel was full and there was no reservation for us the following night, she apologized and recomended another hotel which we did not take, but we will try to book the hotel cortese again in the future,no complaints as these things happen, just a bit dissapointed that we could not stay in this hotel, it looked nice and was in an ideal position for exploring the beautiful city of san remo,

Great location in the centre of San Remo, but a bit basic. Quite dear for a 2 star hotel, but it's right in the town centre so I guess that's what you pay for. Be sure to try the Ristorante da Vittorio in Piazza Bresca - Pavoritti once ate there and the food is to-die-for.

A lovely family run hotel in great location for the town and railway station. The rooms are very clean and great value, however the sevice provided by the staff is the outstanding thing about the place.

An excellent solution because it is very closed to San Remo Center, the room was clean and the breakfast excellent.

Great little place with clean rooms, decent breakfasts and friendly staff. close to everything and a 10 minute walk to the beach through town. the only disappointing thing about the hotel is that it is on a busy street and is VERY noisy at night.

The hotel corridor outside the room was very dingy and quite shabby, with old furniture stuck at the end. Breakfast was nothing special and we decided to go elsewhere for breakfast the second morning. The staff were friendly and helpful but I thought that the room was very overpriced. We stayed in a hotel in Genoa (also 2 star) which cost 80 euros a night and was cleaner, and had good public areas and better breakfast.

A very good hotel in the centre of Sanremo.Very clean rooms friendly owner/manager who speaks good english. If you are taking half board the meals are in a restuarant next to the hotel & although the staff here don't speak much english you can get by with a phrase book & the food is excellent. The only negative with this hotel was the view from the rooms at the back which overlooks the roof of another building. All in all very good

The room was adequate and the breakfast was fine. However, the noise factor from the neighboring apartment building during the night forced us to leave early. Screaming domestic disputes, barking dogs, & drunken revelers at 2 am made it impossible to get sleep. When other hotel guests began to pound on their walls in response to the external noises we decided to leave after two nights. The hotel then said we had to pay for the 2 nights were were not going to stay. We negotiated down to one night penalty but I did forwarn them that I will dispute the penalty to our credit card.

This was a great hotel. Very clean and charming. The only downfall was that the rooms do not have a/c. In the summer months it is extremly warm.

The hotel is very nice and everyone is very friendly. The only problem is that there is not air-conditioning system and since we have to keep the window open there was a terrible noise.
