i stayed one week in the cortijo blanco. for what you pay its okay. you can eat all you want and drink all you want and at whatever time. its a relaxing holiday. theres lots of entertainment for young and old. the rooms are ok but you can hear everything. i reccomend it.

The food was not so good. And the hotel was hard to find.

We would never stay in this hotel again. Customer service and systems are a joke. Examples: 1) we walked a long way to our room, to discover that there was no TV remote. Later, we asked for one at the front desk and were told we would have to return to our room to see what kind of TV it was. We insisted on taking one of the remotes (they wouldn't give us both), and hoped that it would be the "right" one. 2) They check people out at midnight, so there is no use of the phone after that time until the late morning check out!! The employees are not empowered to do anything except follow the stupid rules. And the place is very impersonal, with no info in the rooms telling about services, etc. The food situation feels like herding cattle. Buffet only, so if you want less food, you are out of luck. We were glad we only went there 1 night in order to transfer to a Moroccan tour.

The supply of food in the restaurants was not good. All too often food trays were empty resulting in plated food going cold whilst waiting for trays to be filled. Food could have been hotter.
