The hotel Rosa is excellent for accommodation in the Centro Storico of San Marino and was outstanding value for money. The hotel has a lift and bedrooms have a mini frig and are spacious and well appointed. Interior of hotel is modern. Bathroom compact but even had cupboard storage under the vanity, rare and useful. Hotel on highest level of the Centro Storico so was just under the Torre, so easy to visit that and we walked around the entire old area many times in 2 days quickly. We had an excellent dinner at The Hotel Rosa, recommend Tris - 3 different pastas. The proprietors and staff were friendly and obliging and we recommend the hotel highly.

Our room was beautiful, tiny but with everything we needed. The bathroom was absolutely chic and modern. Staff is polite and professional. Breakfast is good with home made cakes. And for lunch or diner the restaurant with San Marino's view is excellent. Food is tasty and prices are ok. The only negative thing is that is located right in the heart of the city so you can't get there by car only after 7pm and before 9am. By foot is only 50mts from the arch.

The private parking is very small and the property i think must give a free park in the near pubblic parking. Or to advice the clients.

Perfect location and the staff could not have been nicer. There is a rooftop terrace that is great for watching the sunset. As it is still early spring, it was not yet "set up" for the season, but Egidio gladly brought some chairs up for us to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. And he stayed and visited with us for a while. Really felt like we were "at home" here. (Breakfast was great too!)
