This hotel wasn't as finished eg. the parking wasn't good. Underground lot wasn't finished and inconvenient to access. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating.

The staff at DeBonis is absolutely wonderful. As a foreigner, they made us feel very comfortable. A gentleman by the name Constanzio, worked at the front desk, did everything possible to make sure we had whatever accommodations we needed even outside of our hotel stay. He was definitely God sent because of his guidance and assitance. The entire hotel went above and beyond what good service should be.

Hello, very good hotel with good service. But one problem.. we come to late to breakfast because only until 9 o clock. So I aks for breakfast, the man says not possible (that is ok)- but another man in the room is laughing laudness about us. that was not so good.

The hotel had a heating problem occur prior to our arrival, and there was no way to reach us (we were travelling around Italy by car). We were given a clean, warm room (a space heater was also provided) and excellent service. We were the only guests staying at the hotel, and we told the owner that considering the heating problem and the fact that he would be opening for one night for one room, we could find another hotel in town, he honored our reservation and we were treated very well.

Just one remark: The lack of a supporter to soap and shampoo in the shower, and a towel to put on the floor for the feet after the shower. With these small but important details resolved, everything is OK. Final note: It will be important to finalize the pavement of the street in front of the hotel, and to finish the parking areas on the building.
