It's possible to say that the hotel is located in rural area - there are no noisy road or streets around. And it's almost no surroundings - just the hotel to stay a night. But it's good choice is you have a car as the hotel provides car parking for free, and it's only 15 minutes to get Mantoa for visiting. It's only one pizzeria around the hotel, seems it has a status a restarant, but it's just pizzeria. Walls between rooms are too thin, so be prepared to listen what happens in neihbor rooms. Overall, it's OK to stay here.

We arrived at noon, coming from Austria, but we could occupy our rooms immediately, so that we could use the rest of the day to visit the beautiful city of Mantova. The lady at the reception gave us very usefull information about free car-parking and restaurant.
