From the south take the 101 north to the I-80 east, exit at 4th street and at the bottom of the off-ramp, go straight, onto Bryant street. Take Bryant to 3rd street, turn left on 3rd street. Take 3rd street until you cross Market street, then turn left onto Geary street. Follow Geary street until you cross Mason street. The Touchstone hotel is located on the right side of the street, nearly at the end of the block.
From the east, take the I-80 west across the Bay Bridge. Exit at 5th street. At the bottom of the off-ramp, turn left onto 5th street. Take 5th street to Bryant street, turn left on Bryant street. Take Bryant to 3rd street, turn left on 3rd street. Take 3rd street until you cross Market street, then turn left onto Geary street. Follow Geary street until you cross Mason street.
