I have read the comments of the previous visitors, and some of there were rather negative. On the contrary our evaluation has been very good (large room and beds, cleanliness, etc) and the price for this service is really excellent.

noisy at night, you can hear everything from the street, and the air conditionner is noisy too. The decorations are cheap, but it 's clean, it's unexpensive, very well located. For young people without money this is a great deal.

Not the best hotel where I stay during my journey but not so bad. Excellent point : transportation to the airport for 15 $. My room was on the street side thus noisy but less than I was expected

This place delivered what it promised: a low-cost place to stay while getting out and seeing the city of San Francisco. The room was small, and the sink was in the room instead of the bathroom. There was no shampoo, and the window of my 7th floor room had no screen or anything to prevent a fall into the air vent, but at the price I paid, it was a cute little boutique where I could spend the weekend.

Hotel piccolo, ma essenziale. Si alloggia nel centro di San Francisco a due passi di Hotel tipo Hilton e Marriot. Comodo, pulito ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Peccato che offrano solo il dormire! Consigliato!

Conveniently located hotel. Just a basic room. Sink was not in the bathroom but outside in the room.

I would like to compliment the most welcoming gentlemen at the reception. He really made a difference in the way I felt about the hotel. He explained how the buses work and pointed out the most important things to see. Would highly recommend the hotel because of the excellent customer service experience. Location is great too. Rooms are good value for the money trade-off.

The hotel was in a great location so that made up for the bad service and off smell that you get when you enter the hall ways. Overall a pretty bad hotel but you get what you pay for.

Great hotel. Perfect location. Ten feet from a great pizza joint...no undesirable people in the area. i was quite surprised because several reviews mentioned a lot of homeless people hanging around. NOT TRUE!!! Yea, if you've NEVER been to a major metropolitan city, you might get that impression, but the area was very safe, even late at night. Aside from a panhandler or two, there were no disturbances. Excellent clean rooms, great shower and everything worked great. i would definitely recommend this place and will definitely go back!

The hotel is very well located near union square and public transportation. Excellent relationship between price & quality. To be recommended topeople who are looking for a cheap room in the center.
