By airplane
From San Francisco International Airport:
Approximate driving time is 25 minutes and distance is 14 miles/22.4 km. Exit the airport and proceed northbound on US-101 for 11 miles/17.6 km. Take I-80 E and follow the indications to Bay Bridge/Oakland/7th Street/US-101 N. Exit at 7th Street and proceed to Folsom Street. Turn right on Folsom, and then left on 5th Street. Continue on 5th, which becomes Cyril Magnin Street after your cross Market. Turn left on Ellis Street and then right into the hotel's underground parking entrance.
Alternatively, the hotel can be reached by taxi, shuttle or the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART). The BART service runs directly to the Powell Street Station, two blocks from the hotel. From the station, walk up Powell Street three blocks to O'Farrell Street and then turn left a half block to the hotel's O'Farrell Street entrance.

From Oakland International Airport:
Approximate driving time is 30 minutes and distance is 20 miles/32 km. Exit the airport on Airport Drive. Turn right onto Hegenberger Rd. for less than one mile/1.6 km. Take the I-880 N ramp toward Downtown Oakland. Proceed on I-880 for nearly 9 miles/14.4 km. Take the I0-80 W exit on the left, following the indications to San Francisco/Bay Bridge. Merge onto I-80 W and go southwest for 6 miles/9.6 km. You will pay a toll on the Bay Bridge. Exit via ramp at the sign reading 5th Street to Golden Gate Bridge and US-101 N. Continue on 5th Street, which becomes Cyril Magnin St. after your cross Market. Turn left on Ellis Street and then right into the hotel's underground parking.
You can also reach the hotel by taxi, shuttle or the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART). AIRBART buses leave approximately every 15 minutes from each airport terminal to the Coliseum BART station. From the Coliseum Station, take the BART to Powell Street Station. Walk up Powell Street three blocks to O'Farrell Street and then turn left a half block to the hotel's O'Farrell Street entrance.
