Deludente rispetto alle aspettative: camere piccole (basti pensare che al nostro arrivo il receptionist ha dichiarato di averci regalato un upgrade per una stanza più grande di quella richiesta ma che comunque era abbastanza piccola), personale scortese e molto attaccato al denaro dal parcheggiatore al receptionist, all'accoglienza e persino il servizio di pulizie. la mancanza più grave ha riguardato il parcheggio notturno: nessuno ha provveduto ad avvisarci che il servizio costava più di 25 dollari a notte (prezzo esorbitante dal momento che nella maggioranza dei luoghi californiani visitati il parcheggio giornaliero si aggirava intorno ai 10-15 dollari).
