Excellent value for money. Incredibly spacious room, all areas spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff, fantastic breakfast. Our room had a lovely moutain outlook. Wonderful hideaway for a stay in Salzburg (provided you are traveling by car). Excellent hotel. Highly recommended. (NOTE: 8 for quietness of rooms only due to young children playing noisily outside our window early evening, no fault of the hotel's).

Eccellente struttura situata nell' accogliente paesino di Wals a circa 7 - 8 km da Salisburgo. Le camere sono pulitissime e spaziose, il cambio della biancheria da bagno è quotidiano e la colazione al mattino è ricca ed abbondante, in tipico stile austriaco con abbondante varietà di dolce e salato. Il personale del garni è sempre cordiale e molto disponibile. Il gestore parla perfettamete inglese, comunque attualmente lavora anche una ragazza italiana a cui chiedere eventualmente ogni informazione. Per pranzo e cena, come scritto in altra recensione, poco lontano c'è un ottimo ristorante con abbondanti porzioni e prezzi davvero contenuti. Il garni, oltre ad essere dotato di tutti i comfort indicati da venere, noleggia gratuitamente mountain bikes, per poter percorrere l'infinità di piste ciclabili che si perdono nell'incantevole campagna circostante. In conclusione: un eccellente struttura, idelale per famiglie, per chi ama la traquillita ed i ritmi rilassati della campagna austriaca. Ideale punto di appoggio per la visita della città, e degli splendidi dintorni della zona. La consiglio sicuramente anche alle persone più esigenti. I servizi indicati da Venere e nel sito ufficiale della struttura sono stati tutti riscontrati fedelmente. Le foto sono assolutamente realistiche. Due piccoli nei se vogliamo: non aspettatevi una piscina olimpica ( circolare x bambini) ed il garni non è proprio facilissimo da trovare. (O piuttosto il sottoscritto è stato un po' impedito nell'occasione)

L'hotel è in un paesino vicino a Salisburgo ma molto difficile da trovare nel paese. Stanze molto curate, centro benessere molto accogliente ed attrezzato ( manca solo l'idromassaggio).Ottimo hotel per una vacanza rilassante

How to reach Wohlfühlhotel Gabi

By car
Take the A1 Tauern motorway: exit 297 Salzburg-West, direction Wals. Slip road Wals No. 4, then keep left and you will soon be at the Wohlfühlhotel Gabi.

By train
From the train station: take bus no. 2 to the Walserfeld terminus station. Then continue with the local bus.

By bus
Take bus no. 2 from the main train station to Walserfeld terminus station. Then continue with the local bus, or you can arrange collection from Walserfeld. Please, contact the hotel in advance by phone.
From Salzburg main train station: you can take the Flachgau shuttle bus no. 180 to Wals fire station. After that it's about 5 minutes on foot to the hotel.
