NOT 4 star - not by facilities and more importantly not by attitude: 1. On arrival 7.30 pm male concierge didn't get out of his chair, no offer of help with luggage, no mention of easier access to room through back door thus AVOIDING stairs with heavy cases (no lift) 2 Near comical unfriendliness of member of staff (bar/restaurant): was going to usher us to the least comfortable and brightly lit seating area, not keen to provide table light in outdoor area, rolling eyes when we had not been quick enough for him to decide on our after dinner drink (long menu) 3 broken hair dryer (one only available) in wellness area - not even fresh water supplied to replenish after sauna or steam room 4 bar area with TV unsuitable at times if not interested in Austrian football - no alternative lounge

I have been there at the end of April. It is a wonderful, romantic place surrounded by green areas. Directly from the structure you can easily reach outstanding footpaths with different difficulties (1h, 2h, 3h). Very nice, large and clean rooms with view on green or Salsburg. As an Italian, I just remark the restaurant service is good, whereas the quality of the food is sufficient.
