Stayed on the 30th and 31st of Jan and the New Year's Eve fireworks made for a noisy night! We stayed in the Annex which is across the road andthe room was very spacious and clean. The staff at reception and in the breakfast room were wonderful and a big thank you to them all. The hotel is a short bus ride away from the old town and public transport is very close by. Would definitely stay again.

The accomodations are surprisingly confortable and silent. Breakfast is very good. It takes only few minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel.

This was our first visit and were in the Annex (across the street from the main hotel). The staff were very helpful, the accommodations were great, and the breakfast buffet was superb - great selection and attentive service. If in the Annex, we would suggest getting a room on the back, which overlooks a quiet grassy area.

The hotel itself is very nice, however, we did not like the neighborhood. We initially wanted to go out for dinner, but returned to the hotel because we didn't want to walk home in the dark. Consequently, we did have a lovely meal in the hotel restaurant. Our room faced the street, which was noisy at night.

Excellent facilities, service, location and brakfast. The only problem was that our room did not have air conditioning, totally unexpected for a 4 star hotel.
