This hotel was a wonderful and relaxing environment. I was traveling solo and always felt safe and comfortable here. The breakfasts were great and my room was charming. The afternoon coffee/tea is a nice touch, and the staff very knowledgeable. The free internet access is a plus. This is also a "green" hotel, practicing good stewardship of resources.

We had a wonderful stay. The romantic suite was a bit extravagant in design, but nice. We later found out that it was made according to a scene from Mozart's Magic flute opera. The welness area was more than we expected. The pool and the 3 saunas and the quiet room. Towels available. All the WC in the building were impeccably clean. The location is only minutes walk from any destination worth visiting. The garage is also a few minutes away, but since you can unload in front of the hotel that is no problem. You can have a meal just a few steps away from the hotel and choose from various restaurants which are in the pedestrian area there, and also suit your budget as the chapest meal you can get is for 2,5 EUR and it is very good. We tried it. There was no AC, we did not need it, but in the summer probably it would be a must. Once again, we would like to thank the staff for being so wonderfull and for the good time we had.

Great staff , always obliging even under pressure. Free afternoon tea and cakes was another pleasant surprise. Extensive breakfast.

We were allocated aroom in the annex which was okay but would rather have been in the main hotel building. I travelled with my wife and another couple. Regarding the hotel we could not really fault it. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful with tours and booking taxis etc..The staff in the breakfast room were polite and friendly and always had a smile ready when spken to. My knowledge of the Austrian language is, I'm afraid nil! but all staff spoke very good English. I would like to mention in partcular the barman. As we met him in a social way we spoke to him quite a lot. He was extremely friendly to us (when not busy)and told us about the history of the city, places to eat and see and the local area. He is a mine of information and an asset to the hotel. A really nice man. Brilliant.

As I indicated on my form at check-out, the lighting in the room was much too complicated. We never did master it completely.

This is a great hotel. Nice rooms, quiet location, immaculate pool and sauna but, above all, delightful staff - really helpful. Definitely would return.

quite big complain I arise. 1.I was offered a room which was in separate building with no guard or lift to 3rd floor. No portar was brought so I carried laggages myself.It was not disclosed from you. 2.My camera was disappeared during dinner time at night.I doubt someone invaded in the room who has room and outdoor key. No guardmen watch the anex building. The security was not qualified as 4star.

Excellent location in a quiet street near all services. This hotel has a very nice restaurant,Ahrlich moderate prices and a first class service in a cozy dining room for dinner. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The down side of Austria is smoking anywhere. When you ask for a non-smoking table, hostess look at you as people coming from an other planet!!!!!

The hotel and location were as we expected but we were not made aware that we would be staying in an annex, nor that the annex had no lift. As my mother is 75 years of age we would have chosen differently had we been aware of this. The hotel is well situated for the centre of the city and provides comfortable rooms. The description of breakfast was rather grander than the food deserved but generally we were pleased with the accommodation and service.

We had a lovely, spacious suite which was a surprise. The only problem was being on the fourth floor without an elevator. That was a surprise.

This is a great choice to stay in Salzburg, the service is excellent as well as the rooms and the food.

Hotel da definire un buon tre stelle. Suddiviso in unità centrale e dependance. La dependance è dislocata su tre piani e non è servita da ascensore. Buono il servizio e la posizione centrale.

Excellent location, only 5 minutes to walk to the historic center. High quality breakfast. Quiet room, although the room was facing the street.
