No wi-fi in the room and public areas. Noisy atmosthere. But: very impressible pool and good food and service in the main restaurant. Very Good value for stay and enjoy Port Aventura!

The stay was perfect but I think they miss some little things...First of all,I don't know if in Caribe hotels are divided in little buildings instead of a big hotel building. We had already stayed in Hotel Port Aventura and now we choose this one to prove it and see if it was the same quality or not. It made us feel lost in a few moments. The situation to the park is farer that we hoped and the train services is quite good at the hotel, but not in the park.The pools are very good, but to use the covered one you'll need to pay 3€ each one to buy a cap, and that's not informed anyway. The hotel is very good but we think they have missed some details.

The reception staff were helpful. The room we had at the Caribe was spacious with a balcony although the furniture needed a good dust and the sofa bed my child had to sleep in was in need of a good clean (the sheets and pillows were clean. When you stepped out on to the balcony there was a musty smell which seemed to be in the general area of the rooms. Having said that our last experience at portaventura was at the portaventura hotel in a woody and friends room. Although we were probably spoilt on that occasion I still feel the Caribe is overpriced. We did leave booking to quite late so had no other choice than this hotel, our firt choice would have been the portaventura.
