El hotel no merece 4 estrellas, sino 3. El desayuno está muy bien en cuanto a la oferta pero la organización es pésima ya que solo hay 2 máquinas de café y zumo y para un hotel tan grande se montan unas colas de 20 minutos para coger un simple café. En cuanto al buffet de la cena, es bastante pobre y de baja calidad. Es un hotel supuestamente "familiar" y en el menú de niños no hay ni unas croquetas o algo similar. solo pasta. Hacía bastante frío en las instalaciones comunes y la insonorización de las habitaciones es casi inexistente. Lo mejor, la ubicación, en 10 min andando estás en portaventura o en la playa de salou.

This was a very pleasant and impressive hotel. It is an ideal place for families to stay and is only a short walk to the town centre and beach, and is also just down the road from Porta Ventura theme and water park. The hotel offers excellent value for money with a generous buffet breakfast included in the price of the stay. The only criticism I would make is that some of the reception staff are not overly friendly or particularly helpful. This, however, did not affect the enjoyment of my stay.

Dont Stay here !! The manger was the most unhelpful person we met during our stay in spain We couldn't wait to leave - it spoilt the whol holiday The hotel itself was fine but basic You can find somewhere a lot better !!!!

we stay at this hotel for 4 nights plus breakfast for €301.00 which was practically nothing. hotel absoutely beautiful staff friendly something on every night for all ages. we would stay here again

the hotel location is perfect for Port Aventura.Very good value for money although hotel was very busy and noisy during our stay, perhaps because Easter school holidays.
