Lovely hotel and facilities, food in the resturant was excellent. Unfortunately we had a room at the back and very busy road and railway, together with very noisy air-conditioning unit outside meant not very easy to sleep.

Rafaella and everyone at the Villa were the most friendly, polite, helpful people. What a beautiful, beautiful place. The staff do everything to make your stay pleasant and to meet your every need. Highly recommend...especially the restaurant. Quite a talented young chef and a pretty nice wine list.

The photos don't really do it justice - it's a wonderful building with stunning gardens and pool. A great place for a relaxing stay that's just 10 minutes from Iseo town and very handy for ferries to Monte Isola. The restaurant is pretty decent too, and dining on the terrace was extremely pleasant. Definitely recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Kinzica so much that we altered our plans and returned at the end of our Italy vacation, just to stay another night. (We tried for 2, but the Kinzica was booked for one of them.) 2 additional comments: Patricia was just wonderful: warm, generous, friendly and helpful. We were happy to have met her. The next comment concerns our second stay, on September 25th. After enjoying a wonderful meal at the Kinzica ristorante but not yet ready to leave the dining room and our friends, I needed to use the dining room toillete. To my surprise, I found the toilet paper holder COMPLETELY EMPTY, leaving me no choice but to waddle like a duck across the length of the room, to the paper towels; I was NOT happy. I brought it to the attention of the desk manager who, although quickly fixing the problem, seemed unconcerned: no apology of any sort was offered. It was, however, the only uncomfortable moment during our two stays, and wouldn't - unless my dining experience was again ruined that way! - keep us from returning or recommending Kinzica.

The food was excellent and so was the service at dinner. Also, I particularly liked the pool area. The room was large and had a separate lounge area, which was impressive.

A lovely and very well run hotel, with beautiful grounds. The only problem for some might be that the hotel restaurant was in the next town, so that without a car there might not be too many good places nearby to eat.

This is a small boutique type hotel in a lovely location beside Lago d'Iseo. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.Breakfast is marvellous with so much to choose from, including an Organic selection of local produce. The fresh juicer was a good touch. The rooms are spotless, and included turn down service with chocolates left on the bed, which my daughter particularly enjoyed! We are already persuading some friends to return with us later in the year.

A beautiful hotel with spacious and clean rooms, and welcoming staff. However, the web description was misleading in that I was expecting a hotel in vast ("extensive") grounds, but in fact this was not the case at all. The grounds were just large enough to contain the hotel. Moreover, there was a main road in front of it, a railway line behind it, and an operational timber yard next to it. So noise levels could create a problem for some (though the rooms seemed to be sound-proofed to a certain extent). Another problem was that the hotel did not have a restaurant - the only serve breakfast, so you have to eat out. Beware that if you arrive on a Monday (as we did), most places around the lake are closed. In addition, the online map was pretty useless since it only showed the region - though it was easy to find once you located the village. Having said that, it was truly a charming hotel with magnificent views across the lake, and I would stay there again.
