Hotel Silken Rona Dalba - Salamanca

Good location, reasonably clean. Beds pretty uncomfortable, though.

This was a nice hotel in a great area within walking distance to the old city and sights. The rooms were clean and simple. We would stay here again.

Very good location in old town. Nearby parking at 11 Euro/24 hours. 3-4 free parking places near hotel. Room small but OK. Good price (off season) at 53 Euros (room only). A bit hard to find by car - rescued by GPS. all in all -good value for the money - recommended.

I recomed this hotel its is well located. The main tourist attractions are pretty close to it. You can reach everything by foot. The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms is big enough. The people at the front desk were very kind and helpful. I would go stay there again.

We originally booked 2 days at this hotel at Venere excellent price, then booked 2 more days at the hotels vastly increased price. Venere's price was very cheap for the quality of the hotel but the hotels price was probably a little overpriced.

Se encuenta situado en magnífico sitio, aunque complicadillo para aparcar.Justo junto al hotel hay un parking en el que te hacen descuento por estar hospedado (10€ por dia).La reserva decia que incluían el desayuno y después no fue así. Las habitaciones y los demas estupendo.

We enjoyed our stay. The receptionest on the day of our arival spoke excellent English. Negociating the one way system once within 100 metres of the hotel was a little complecated, because we missed the signs to follow; Hotel signs are yellow which I hadn't realised. I done loaded a plan of Salamanca from Mappy. The hotel is in a very good poistition for viistng the sites, so we could leave our car in the hotel carpark; the car park seemed to cost a little more than I expected, but it was very near and practical; there is space for very short term parking in front of the hotle for loading adn unloading.

Web site mentions 'Private parking' and 'guarded car park' - they have no parking. There is a public car park not far, but the description is not accurate. The web site advertises a 'Health food restaurant' - there is no restaurant. The room was very small, but location very good and everything else was satisfactory.

A good value for money place, but don´t choose an exterior room if you are going to stay in the hotel at weekends.

Just a little neo : breakfast not included in fee and quite expensive (9.5 euro/person) for spanish average (in a bar 5 euro/person). Perhaps one of best hotel I ever visited.

The only sad thing was the bored employees at the checking desk. I called them from France and the person who answered was not really professional and friendly as I'm used to. But for Venere, I would n't chosen them.

We stayed at the Rona Dalba Monday and Tuesday, on which nights they give a special discount of almost 50%. I highly recommend this hotel if you can get this discounted rate, since the place is quite nice and at 50 euros a night is ridiculously cheap. During th rest of the week the prices go up considerably, but would still be acceptable.

Excelente localização e limpeza do quarto. Boa relação custo-benefício. Atendimento cuidadoso e prestativo.

WELL : room in front of the street : noise and young people all night near the discotec near the hotel ! not espacially parking, the car was in front of the hotel... The employee at reception doesn't speak english and not french : difficult for a touristic town...

Very comfortable overnight stay in a beautiful old city.

This is a nice hotel with modern interior. Very close to all major sites of interest in Salamanca. The city is must to see. Find the hotel is not easy, but yellow directions "Rona Dalba" help driving to the hotel. We parked our car on the street nearby (it is free from 8 pm till 9 am, otherwise 1E/h). parking offerd by the hotel is 9E/day. A miriad restourants are around; a good food-wine store is nearby. We spent two nights there with pleasure.

The room was too small and much oldier than the ones of the advertising from the hotel. the stuff was not friendly at all, perhaps because we are gay ?

We had some problem finding the hotel, but for the rest we had a wonderful stay. The lady at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The garage very nearby and quite cheap. The rooms more than spacious and clean. Breakfast very well provided. The hotel is within walking distance of most important places. We'll certainly try another of your hotels next summer.
