Visiting my son at University in Salamanca, first impressions were that his University Flat was bigger and warmer than our room! With very basic Spanish we did secure use of a heater, which was fine once my wife discovered that the extension socket was faulty. The room was above the cafe /restaurant which was great for top up tapas and canas but not so good for being on the all night bus route out of the city. Did not work out the in house coffee arrangements which meant I got kicked out to MacDonalds for the wake up caffeine. Still liked it though!
