Hotel has lovely lobby, is well located a short walk from the Plaza Mayor and has spacious and clean rooms. however, it caters primarily to tour groups and a result the lobby gets jammed and very noisy mornings and evenings which is problem since this is the only wi fi zone in the hotel.

BEAUTIFUL 5 STARS HOTEL. GOOD POSITION. EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR PARKING. GOOD BREAKFAST. ---- Forse 5 stelle sono troppe per questo hotel ma 4 se le merita tutte. Eccellente il servizio di parcheggio, con tanto di parcheggiatore. Colazione buona ed abbondante. Buona la posizione, abbastanza vicina al centro ma fuori dalla zona pedonale. Il centro lo si raggiunge con una breve passeggiata percorrendo una via con tanti negozi.

This is an excellent hotel with many of the extras one associates with a luxury classification. My room was spacious and comfortable and the laundry service was excellent. It is situated some fifteen minutes from the rail station but a no 1 or 11 bus links the two. The walk into the old city centre takes a leisurely ten minutes. The hotel serves a comprehensive buffet breakfast. Highly recommended!

A little too far from the town center (a 20 minutes' walk), and a man was drunk at breakfast in the dining room! otherwise a very comfortable hotel with clean and spacious rooms.

The hotel was very clean, very quiet, and the staff was very helpful. I do not speak Spanish but had no trouble communicating with the front desk. The wait staff at breakfast was very nice and while we did not speak the same language there was no problem.

Everything was fine with hotel apart from restaurant.Westayed overnight and had dinner in the hotel and was really quite poor.Hard to believe that a kitchen could provide such an excellent breakfast could produce dinner so poor.Menu was in Spanish and waitress could speak no English and although we managed to translate for ourselves what we wanted when presented all courses were very mediocre.
