It was a very pleasent and fantastic stay and we were very impressed with food and service.Only trouble is that hotel is located quite far away from Reims and to find it at night was very difficult. Next time it will be a lot easier and we will come back for some more stays.

The place is charming, a chateau transformed in a beautiful hotel like only the French can do. The surroundings are quite and nice. The room, the chambre chateau, was simply perfect. The only drawback we had we did not realise when booking that it is 50 km north of Reims and since we wanted to stay in the Champagne area this is a bit far away. However it was worth the trips back and forth.

We found the chateau quite difficult to find and had to ask one of the local villagers. However, the chateay itself was everything we hoped for and all the staff were very welcoming and attentive. We would recommend it to anyone, particularly if you want to stay somewhere very special!

Fantastic place for a retreat from thw world. From the moment you arrive the staff cannot do enough for you. The restaurant is also fabulous and well worth the expense. Only small quibble - the map suggested this was close to Reims whereas in fact it is 40 mins away - something to check if this is important to you, otherwise a perfect venue.

I throroughly enjoyed my stay. I found the location to be peacefull,relaxing and set in very beautifull suroundings. The hospitality was polite, obliging and pleasant. The hotel was clean, comfortable and elegant. The food and service were excellent. My only wish was that I had stayed longer. I certainly reconmend a stay here

Just one superb establishment with superbly helpful and professional staf! This is a must stay place. The restaurant is also top quality with an excellent range of dishes. If you adore being pampered and want a relaxing break from today's fast pace of life then this is the place for you.

From Laon (21 km/13 miles). Take the D 977 road to Charleville Mézières, turn right and follow the signs for Sainte-Preuve, where the hotel lies.
From Reims: Take the N44 road to Laon, turn right at Corbeny into the D18 road. Then, follow the indications above.
