Between 7 to 1 day prior to the arrival: (100%) cancellation fees at the client charge. In case of anticipated leave, the rest of your staying initially planned will be fully charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
