As a surprise I took my girlfriend there to propose and had been in contact with the hotel a few weeks beforehand to try and make it as romantic as possible. Communication via email and actually at the location were fantastic and helped me make it a big event as when we went down to dinner (the meal at their restaurant - gorgeous!) they went up to decorate our room with candles, roses and champagne, so when we got back to the room in the evening the room and veranda which was overlooking the valley was amazing. The hotel is quite small, nestled in St Paul de Vence but the feeling of warmth and attention to detail there is amazing. I found every staff member I talked to friendly and they seemed genuinely interested to know whether they had surpassed my needs while there. Our stay was fantastic - not just because my girlfriend said yes ;-) but from the moment you walk in to the moment you unfortunately have to leave. Well recommended if you are looking for a bit of self indulgent luxury

How to reach Hotel Le Saint-Paul

By car
From Monaco, Nice, or Nice-Côte-d'Azur airport, take the A8 highway towards Cannes and take the exit 48 in direction of Cagnes sur mer/Vence.
From Aix en Provence, Marseille and Cannes, take exit 47 Cagnes sur Mer/Vence and follow directions for Saint-Paul de Vence.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime after 3 p.m. Later arrivals are to be communicated.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Breakfast is not included in the price. The continental breakfast costs €22,00, while Le Saint-Paul breakfast incurs a charge of €28,00.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of late cancellation or no-show, 50% of the stay (one night minimum) is charged. In case of no show or unexpected departure, all the stay booked is invoiced.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
