Quite difficult to find in the night the hotel is far from St Paul village. You will need a car to go there. The entrance of the hotel is not well lighted. Breakfast is not included and quite expensive (10 € each person).

The hotel is not quite at all, because it is next to the main road to go to St. Paul de Vence and even in the night you could hear noises. Superior room is more expensive but as small as the standard room except from a terrace (but if you are out all the day long the terrace is not so useful and worth 100 euros more than a standard room) Small bathroom, nice and small swimming pool... we did not have breakfast due to an extra cost of 12 euro per person!

We very much enjoyed our short stay. The only suggestion for improvement for this level of hotel would be to give better shampoo/soap accessories (currently they give you these unidose teabag-like containers which motivated us to go out and buy soap and shampoo!

The only downside is that it is not really very near St Paul or Vence, each at least 15 minute drive, and there is nothing much closer for eating or drinking. However the property and comfort are excellent. Be prepared to pay 10 euros a piece for a typical cold french breakfast since there are no alternatives if you need your coffee in the morning.

Better directions would have been helpful (particularly as there's a similarly named hotel about a mile away). But very welcoming and hospitable when we did get there
