METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

Dinner and breakfast are included in the price, with half-board formula.
The all-inclusive formula includes welcome drink, breakfast buffet, self-made sandwiches at lunch, afternoon snack and 4-course dinner buffet. The following drinks and beverages are available free of charge: water, hot beverages, refreshing beverages, wine and beer (between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.); kir, whisky, gin, vodka, rum, anisette and vermouth between noon and 1.30 p.m. and between 6.30 p.m. and 10 p.m.
The 7-night formula includes an info meeting with welcome drink organized by the hotel and free access to:

- Piscine des Bruyères aux Menuires swimming pool
- Mini club (children aged 6-12)
- Menuires, Val Thorens and St Martin de Belleville's ski lifts
- Tennis court (1 hour per day free of charge)
- Archery and Judo beginner's courses, organized by the resort
- Covered Fun Park (air-filled structure with trampolines) + outdoor trampolines + basketball, volleyball and football courts + Val Thorens' Toro Rodeo and Pétanque, + St Martin's mini golf, + resort's jogging, fitness and aquagym activities, as well as sporting tournaments organized by the resort

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fees: - between 30 and 15 days: 45% of the total reservation amount - between 14 and 8 days: 70% of the total reservation amount - between 7 and 3 days:: 90% of the total reservation amount - within 2 days or no-show : 100% of the total reservation amount
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
