Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

Parking is not included in the price and costs €55,00 per week or €12,00 per day.
Stay of pets is not included in the price and costs €15,00 per day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Within 30 and 8 days before arrival the 50% of your stay will be charged on your credit card. Within 8 and 0 days before arrival the 100% will be charged on your credit card. Be carefull : Stay in a Kaya Suite : You can stay in this suite with 2 adults & 2 children till 16 y.o . But the rate in internet is just for 2 adults& 2 children under 12 y.o, so you will have to pay a supplement for halfboard per day per child of of 39 €. (thank you)
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
