Hotel Le Croiseur - Saint-Malo

Very welcoming and pleasant hotel in a beautiful city. Underground parking was very useful in this walled city which is very crowded with cars. Lots of nice places to eat and shop. Loved St Malo and would return to this hotel.

The breakfast had an 1€ increase in 3 months, and it was expensive at 7€50 the breakfast each. Otherwise, the room and the staff were good, as the hotel itself.

Bathroom very dated. Huge step up to get into shower. Shower cubicle small and cramped no room inside to wash yourself properly. The square outside the hotel can get noisy at night with youngsters congregating under the canopy of the fish market. TV in room does not pick up any English channels. However, the hotel is right in the centre for all the shops and restaurants in Saint Malo which makes up for any of its shortfalls.

We motorcycled with friends from Brittany, arriving at St Malo in the evening, to catch the Portsmouth ferry early the next day. The hotel receptionist was very welcoming. Our rooms enabled us a comfortable and relaxing night's rest, and the restaurants close by provided good food and drink. We were able to leave the motorbikes right outside the hotel entrance as we were leaving so early in the morning; we could see them from our balcony. The location is really great being inside the old walled city and is 5 minutes from the ferry port.

Very pleasant stay! A bed adapted for baby can be provided on demand.

Good relationship between price/quality, central position and well signalled in the streets. Smallest elevator ever seen (and only reachable after a stair).

Very nice hotel, located in the heart of Intramuros. It has been renewed two years ago, with a clean, modern design. We have also enjoyed the breakfast, perfect for us. Great quality for the price.

Fantastic hotel. Modern decor - rooms are small but perfectly formed, everything you want is there. Bathroom with shower, basin, wc; comfy bed, wardrobe, flat screen tv, desk and our room had a view over the square. Always very clean. Great location, and very friendly and helpful people working there who'll be pleased to tell you about the bet places to eat and visit in town. It also has what i strongly believe to be the world's smallest lift. Definitely highly recommended.

The room that we had overlooked a main road which was very noisy during the night. This made it difficult to have a good night's sleep. However it was well positioned to see the town on foot.
