Hotel was great. Location is directly on the water with easy walk to the old town of St Malo (15 minutes). Hotel has rooms viewing the water or the street, highly recommend the water view which is what we stayed in. Owners speak English well and were very helpful. When booking take care to know which kind of room, the lower priced rooms will not have view of water.

I received proposal at check-in to have a larger room at 137 euro (instead of 117); I accepted but the space in the room was poor; may be it was a medium-size room; anyway I appreciated the general comfort and the kind assistance of the hotel staff.
